We are not just selling rooms but providing hospitality

“Perfect place on the Piazza.” My wife and I are staying for 6 nights as we love the place. The location is perfect, right on the Piazza and a stones throw from everything. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the furniture is all new, as it looks like they are just upgrading. There is a lovely courtyard where we could sit and enjoy a local wine and a home cooked meal. Any minor maintenance issue was handled immediately. Antonio & his parents are so warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

“Right Smack Where It Counts!” Great find on Trip Advisor as we were getting close to our date of arrival to Sorrento and what we wanted was all full. When I sent Antonio a request, he could only accommodate us 2 of the 7 days. Upon arrival, my husband and I loved the location it was at, the comfort and the cleanliness. What I loved was the spaciousness of the bathroom! I did not feel like I was showering in a capsule as most bathrooms that we have had are tiny. It is run by his family and we personally met his parents. They were warm and so lovely. When we met Antonio, we asked if we could return another day as we intended to stay at Villa Elisa as our home base to explore The Almafi Coast and he tried his best to shift some dates for us. We stayed there for 2 nights and fortunately, have shifted to a lovely B&B but we return for another 4 nights soon again. We love to cook so a kitchenette is necessary. I cannot fault anything. So pleased to have found this place when all our enquiries were shot down. Thank You Antonio and your parents!

Margaret's birthday celebrations in Sorrento Villa Elisa is a charming place to stay and beautifully hidden away on the Piaza St Antonia .A converted monastery with a lovely atmosphere and well appointed to see the Easter processions that paraded in front of our balcony. Sarrento was crowded and busy but we felt alone and peaceful hidden away in our courtyard away from the busy Easter crowds outside our gate. We were greeted and welcomed by our owners who looked after us all week They could not do enough to help us. We had gone to celebrate my birthday and had a long Easter Sunday lunch at Marios amongst the lemon and orange trees and then in the evening popped around the corner to the little theatre to hear the talented company of musicians dancers and singers serenade us with local songs. We had a lovely time and I highly recommend the beautiful Villa Elisa and it's wonderful owners to you all.

“Great location and welcoming hosts” We stayed at Villa Elisa for 1 week in October. We loved Villa Elisa for many reasons. The accomodation itself was clean and spacious. We loved the large kitchen as it allowed us to prepare meals using locally grown produce. The location of Villa Elisa was also fantastic, a very short walk from Piaza Tasso and the central train station. We felt completely safe thanks to the live in hosts and the security gate. Antonio the host, was great, he was funny and was very helpful with providing tips on local places to visit.

“We'd highly recommend Villa Elisa!” My husband, 20 year old son and I stayed at Villa Elisa for 4 nights. Antonio met us at the apartment and was most helpful with showing us where things were and how they worked, i.e., T.V. and air conditioner (which worked great!). He also had literature, maps and coupons for the surrounding area. We stayed in the apartment on the 2nd level, with a terrace/balcony overlooking the piazza. There was a small table were we ate breakfast and had our glass of wine at night. This was also the best place for internet reception - couldn't really connect in the apartment. As they say in real estate, ""location, location, location..."" and this apartment was in the perfect location, as far as I'm concerned. Also, someone came in and tidied up every day. If we're ever lucky enough to return Sorrento, I would hope to stay at Villa Elisa again!

“Perfect spot for Sorrento and the Amalfi coast”I stayed here with some friends at the beginning of my trip across the Amalfi coast and then solo, on my way back. Antonio and his parents are amazing...towards the end of the trip, I needed help and they were very responsive and helped me arrange things! Its centrally located, easy walking access to everything and the terrace on top is perfect for meals/reading in the sun. I would highly recommend this for friends/family or solo travellers!

“5 stars are not enough!” All the positive comments are true. This is a charming,home-like gem of place to stay. Antonio and his lovely mum are delightful. Location couldn't be better; booking directly online and email communication was efficient and quick. The shared courtyard was very pleasant - a good place to sit and read or catch up on emails. Great value for money.

“Fabulous location, beautiful place with loads of character!” We had a wonderful time a Villa Elisa. Great service - both friendly and yet unobtrusive. The two rooms we had (as a party of three) were off the Courtyard and were clean, comfortable and had everything you could want. The facilities were great for making light meals though as there are so many great choices for eating out we did that most nights. However, it was lovely to have a leisurely breakfast in the Courtyard. The location is great with easy access to ferrys, trains, buses and within the old town but away from the noise of the main square. We will return!

“Our beautiful Amalfi 'home' and 'family' in Sorrento. ”I travelled to Sorrento with six of my friends (3 couples) as a celebration of our 50th Birthdays. We were able to book the four villa's on the lower level of Villa Elissa. ( Each villa is what we would call a studio apartment in Australia). Booking was very easy and I communicated via email with Antonio on several occasions so that I was sure that the accommodation would suit our needs. We had the courtyard area outside the villa's to ourselves and used it extensively for alfresco dining and leisure time.Prior to our arrival Antonio had given us information on transport to Sorrento and assisted our group by organising airport transfer from Naples by a trusted and professional provider. He also organised for the same company and driver to take us on a day trip to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We had a wonderful day.As a reward for staying over 7 days at Villa Elissa, Antonio organised his father, Mario (a tour guide) to take us to Herculaneum by train and guide us through the historic site. We really appreciated this. Our group wanted a cooking experience whilst in Sorrento. Mario (Antonio's father) is a chef, as well as a tour guide, and Antonio organised him to lead us in the making of traditional Campanian dishes in the family home. Antonio's mother, Jospehine and his sister, Laura also helped. We had a hearty banquet with local wines at the conclusion of our experience. This was a very special evening for us and we really felt part of the family. The villa's are very clean, self-contained and well-secured. Villa Elissa is centrally located for transport (rail, bus and ferry), shopping, the historic sites of Pompei and Herculaneum, and the Amalfi coast region. The owners are extremely helpful, whilst allowing you the privacy you may expect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Elissa and I would love to return in the future.

“Courtyard is so charming - Great location” This little gem is in the middle of Sorrento and was a real find. We loved the apartment aspect as we made our breakfasts and dinners and eating our meals in the courtyard was delightful. This apt is located in the heart of Sorrento and yet the apts are very quiet and private. Nice bathroom.

“hidden gem” situated 10 mins walk from main railway,& bus station plus same walk to ferries for capri or naples, hidden behind an wrought iron door (you get a set of keys) is a lovely courtyard for al fresco dining plus lovely big comfortable rooms, clean & friendly plenty of cupboard space, new bathrooms very comfortable! close to all sorrento has to offer, restaurants, transport, trains to pompeii , herculaneum or naples/rome.bottleshop for wine/beer next door plus great coffee shop.we would definately return here on our next visit.
